Advance Polls Open Today – A Message from President McCallum

Dear Fellow Métis Citizens,

As you know, Métis citizens walk in two worlds – and it’s important our voices are heard in both. The 2019 Canadian General Election is your chance to remind Ottawa that Métis citizens stand up for their priorities by stepping up to the ballot box.

That’s why I’m writing you today to remind you that Advance Polls open today.

Our votes matter. That’s why federal parties are talking about Indigenous realities and working with us on our priorities. For more about each parties’ positions, we invite you to scroll through CBC’s Canada Votes 2019 Platform Analysis, which you can access here.

As President of the Métis Nation-Saskatchewan, I know Métis citizens stand up for their beliefs. Voting in this election tells parties that Métis priorities matter. That’s why I am so passionate about voting.

To find your Advance Polling Station, check your Voter Information Card or use the Voter Information Service
