September 14, 2021 – Métis Nation-Saskatchewan is proud to announce the launch of Métis Gathering. Learners, educators, and individuals interested in Métis culture, tradition, and language, this web platform was created by Métis Nation–Saskatchewan (MN–S) and our partners at Canadian Geographic (CanGeo).

Métis Gathering is an accessible learning site for the classroom and beyond. From the history of traditional Métis dress to learning the Michif language, there are videos, teaching tools, podcasts, flashcards, and written resources to build an educational journey.

The Métis Gathering site is an evolving and growing resource, pulling together information from across the Métis heartland as more becomes available. Make it a part of your daily interactive routine.
