April 14, 2022 – Métis Nation–Saskatchewan (MN–S) teamed with Métis Local #39, Methy Housing Corporation, the Village of La Loche and the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation for the La Loche Tiny Home project. The MN–S Métis Housing Strategy funded six of the twenty single-dwelling units. Residents from the northern Métis community will occupy their new homes by the end of April.

Through the MN–S Métis Housing Strategy, community partnerships are being developed to help address housing needs throughout the province.
