MN–S re-opens Reaching Home Call For Proposals for homelessness projects

September 13, 2022 – Métis Nation–Saskatchewan (MN–S) is re-opening the Call For Proposal (CFP) process for strategies that help address chronic homelessness in communities across the province.  Opportunity exists for homelessness projects to receive funding through the federal Reaching Home program.

In this CFP, housing-first supports and capital projects will take priority. The MN–S Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure is focused on applicants demonstrating a strong ability to partner across funders and with community organizations.

This is part of the federal Reaching Home Indigenous and Rural and Remote funding streams. Reaching Home Indigenous funding is available for projects in all communities in Saskatchewan, with the exception of Regina and Saskatoon. Reaching Home Rural and Remote funding is available to all centres in Saskatchewan with the exception of Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert.

The application process for funding is open until October 13, 2022.

CFP details including Guidelines and Application are here.

If you have any questions about the call for proposals, please contact [email protected].
