MN–S call for proposals for social supports and housing to address homelessness
October 25, 2022 – Métis Nation–Saskatchewan (MN–S) is seeking proposals that address the need for social supports and housing to help address chronic homelessness in communities across the province.
In this call for proposals social housing, housing-first supports, and capital projects will take priority. The MN–S Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure is focused on applicants demonstrating a strong ability to partner across funders and with community organizations.
This is part of the federal Reaching Home Indigenous (non-designated) and Rural and Remote funding streams intended for projects outside major centres, including Regina, And Saskatoon. The Indigenous (non-designated) stream is available for projects in Prince Albert, but not Regina and Saskatoon. The Rural and Remote funding stream is available for projects outside of Regina, Saskatoon, and Prince Albert.
The application process for funding is open until midnight December 9, 2022.
