Request for Proposals: Île-à-la-Crosse IPCA Land Use Plan

April 11, 2025 – Help protect and conserve traditional Métis land around Île-à-la-Crosse. The Métis Nation–Saskatchewan (MN–S) Ministry of Environment is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of a Land Relationship Plan to support the future designation of an Indigenous Protected and Conserved Area (IPCA) in Île-à-la-Crosse.

Interested parties are invited to submit a detailed Land Relationship Plan proposal. Successful proponents will work with the MN–S and community of Île-à-la-Crosse towards achieving the intended outcomes of the Sakitawak IPCA.
