The delegates at the Métis Nation – Saskatchewan Legislative Assembly (“MNLA”) on February 18, 2017 in Saskatoon, voted unanimously in favor of a general election for the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan to be held May 27, 2017.

The MNLA made the following appointments:

Loretta Metzger was appointed as the Chief Electoral Officer;

Gordon Kirkby was appointed as the Complaints Officer; and,

Michael Nolin was appointed as the Adjudicator.
