Métis Nation Saskatchewan (MN-S), in conjunction with Gabriel Dumont Institute (GDI), is pleased to announce the rebirth of New Breed. 

Originally published for MN-S by GDI in 1970, as more of a monthly newsletter, New Breed became a voice for everything relating to Saskatchewan Métis from politics to social and cultural aspirations of the people. New Breed took on a newspaper style in the 80’s and eventually morphed into a magazine style publication until its last issue in 2009.

Almost 50 years after the first words were typed, New Breed 2019 is hot off the presses! The 48-page magazine features a wide-range of articles from the first, First-Time Home Buyer under the MN-S/SMEDCO program, to updates on previously existing programs.
