April 23, 2021 – Métis Nation–Saskatchewan (MN–S) Housing Ministry has made a significant contribution to help with the construction of an affordable, accessible and culturally appropriate Elders’ Living project through the Central Urban Métis Federation Inc. (CUMFI). Through the Regional Housing Strategy, the MN–S Housing Ministry has allocated $1.5 million to the Round Prairie Elders’ Lodge, a 26-unit facility on Avenue P South in Saskatoon.
